Description

These (3) Washington Nationals caps were worn during the franchise's inaugural season in the Nation's Capital. Showcasing the club's logos and the MLB silhouette logo at the rear, the "New Era" caps all show light wear and include: Hector Carrasco a blue polyester warm-up cap with "DC" logo; Livan Hernandez red wool cap with the pretzel "W," autographed in gold Sharpie ("6" strength); C.J. Nitkowski red wool cap with pretzel "W." The items hail from the collection of renowned Baltimore/Washington collector Steve Terman. Hector Carrasco a blue polyester warm-up cap with "DC" embroidered to the front and "48" inscribed on the bill's underside (size "L"); Livan Hernandez red wool size "7-1/8" with the pretzel "W" embroidered to the front and "61" inscribed on the bill's underside. Autographed in gold Sharpie on front of crown ("6" strength); C.J. Nitkowski red wool size "7-3/8" with pretzel "W" embroidered to front, "47" inscribed on bill's underside and an American flag patch on the left side.
